Washington, DC. In another unexpected move to establish his new administration, President-elect Donald Trump has officially appointed Smith Williamson XI the new head of the Department of Health and Human Services. Williamson, who gained notoriety for his controversial position denying the existence of women’s climax change, has already set an aggressive departmental agenda in pursuit of this goal.
“Look, I’ve never seen a woman climax. President-elect Trump has never seen a woman climax. There’s just no evidence that this is a real phenomenon,” explained Williamson to reporters at his noon press conference.
“The government needs to represent the views of its constituents. And I can assure you, I have spent no effort whatsoever on the issue of female climax,” concurred President-elect Trump.
Spokespeople for President-elect Trumps first and second wives were quick to issue statements of agreement.
